The “Green Week” Berlin – Germany

The 89th edition of Grüne Woche (Green Week) is set to take place from January 17–26, 2025. Renowned for spotlighting key societal issues, this year’s trade fair will highlight topics such as climate protection, resource conservation, and, this time the inclusion persons with disabilities will also be addressed.

On the opening day, January 17, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) will host a panel discussion on “Agriculture and development cooperation”. The panel will feature prominent speakers, including Jochen Flasbarth, State Secretary at BMZ; Jürgen Dusel, Germany’s Federal Government Commissioner for Matters Relating to Persons with Disabilities; and His Excellency Fayez Khouri, Jordan’s Ambassador to Germany.
